Georgetown, Williamson County — Greater Austin.
Georgetown swings between two very different jobs. Around the square the housing is old, has been repaired by whoever was available for decades, and a lot of the work is undoing somebody else's patch before a new one can go in. North of town the subdivisions are new and the work is clean hangs on straight framing.
The large retirement community adds a third: interior remodels in houses people are living in, where dust control and putting the room back matter as much as the finish does.
Tap the service you need to see what it covers.
Working in an occupied house is a different job from working in an empty one. The area gets sealed off, sanding is managed rather than let loose, and the room is handed back each evening. That constraint shapes the schedule more than the finishing does, and it is usually what decides how long a job takes here.
Around the square the older repairs are the thing to know about. Filler with no tape behind it is not a repair, it is a cover, and every cover on a moving joint fails in the same line.
Neighbourhoods we work in: Downtown Square, Sun City, Berry Creek, Wolf Ranch, Old Town.
